Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Associate in our Pharmacovigilance team at Dr. Reddy’s. The ideal candidate will support our Pharmacovigilance Quality Management System and training initiatives, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Guidance Documents for PV processes.
- Help review, format, and route procedural documents created by other team members.
- Assist in creating training materials to test and document understanding of PV processes.
- Develop training programs for the global PV Team and affiliates.
- Train non-PV internal teams and drug safety vendors on adverse event reporting.
- Compile requests for information on PV data, adverse event collection, case processing, and more.
- Manage the submission and publishing of PADERS for all DRL products.
- Update the PV shared drive with labeling updates and communicate with other PV stakeholders.
- Provide strategic information and complete PV Due Diligence for potential product acquisitions/divestitures.
- Maintain the North America Product List for PV oversight, including external and in-licensing products.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
Experience:
- 3-4 years of drug safety experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations
Skills:
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and global PV regulations, including FDA, Health Canada, and EU
- Experience in drafting SOPs and Work Instructions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with external PV vendors and internal teams
