About the Job –Senior Clinical Data Coordinator
As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC), you will manage data activities for studies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulations. You’ll help create reliable clinical databases by supporting the Study Data Manager and completing tasks on time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data quality by validating and reviewing data according to study timelines.
- Maintain clear reports on data management activities.
- Monitor data cleaning progress and create status reports for the study team.
- Help write study plans, such as the Data Management Plan and Centralized Monitoring Plan.
- Write UAT Plans, test databases, and tools, and provide feedback to solve issues.
- Perform centralized monitoring as per the plan.
- Communicate clearly about data management activities, including identifying risks and alerts.
- Mentor new CDCs and identify ways to improve processes and data quality.
- Provide input on new data management approaches and support the Study Data Manager when needed.
As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be a key part of our team, ensuring that all data from clinical studies are accurate and reliable. You will work closely with the Study Data Manager and other team members to make sure that data is collected and reported correctly. This job requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well with others.
About You:
- Experience: Clinical Data Management experience.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication, and teamwork skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of CDM, regulatory guidelines, and database technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in life sciences or a related field.
- Languages: Good English skills (verbal and written).
