Are you an experienced professional in regulatory compliance? Amneal Pharma invites you to apply for a dynamic role in our Corporate Regulatory Compliance department. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience to join our team in the following positions:

Department: Corporate Regulatory Compliance
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: 03-08 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance Management:

  • Conduct periodic inventories and compile reports required by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and various state reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of final reports to the DEA Compliance Auditor.
  • Verify all daily submissions for controlled substance orders against the DEA 222 form.
  • Submit all controlled substance orders to DEA regulatory systems within the required 48 hours.

2. Report Review and Communication:

  • Review reports to ensure effective control measures and adherence to Compliance SOP guidelines at all facilities.
  • Communicate any discrepancies to the DEA Compliance Auditor promptly.

3. DEA Documentation Administration:

  • Administer and maintain DEA documents, including registration applications, renewals, and updates.
  • Manage drug code additions and import/export permit application forms.
  • Assist in completing and distributing DEA 222 order forms for the procurement of API, USP standards, RLDs, and more.

4. Audit and Inventory Management:

  • Conduct monthly audits of all controlled substances.
  • Maintain record-keeping, inventory, and security systems to prevent the diversion of controlled substance raw materials and finished products.
  • Oversee the suspicious order monitoring process with assistance from the compliance auditor.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of DEA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and analyze complex reports.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting discrepancies.
  • Experience in administrating DEA documentation and handling import/export permits.
  • Proficiency in conducting audits and managing inventory for controlled substances.
