Your Responsibilities- Clinical Research Associate
As an entry-level CRA, you will:
- Visit research sites: Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
- Communicate with site staff: Work with coordinators, clinical research physicians, and their teams.
- Verify qualifications and resources: Ensure that sites have the necessary facilities, labs, equipment, and staff.
- Check documentation: Compare medical records and source documents with case report form data.
- Review regulatory documents: Ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient safety: Track adverse events and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support patient recruitment: Help sites improve their recruitment and retention strategies.
