Job Description:
As a PV Associate/Literature, you will:
- Work with clients on literature monitoring activities.
- Ensure Literature Screening tasks are done efficiently, with high quality, and according to global regulations and company policies.
- Help develop literature search strategies.
- Participate in weekly and ad hoc literature screening to find potential safety information about products.
- Help order full literature articles for review.
- Keep records of all literature abstracts screened and full articles reviewed, noting actions taken and reasons.
- Forward any Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) to PV Associates for data entry into the global drug safety database.
- File other relevant safety information for signal detection and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).
- Screen local non-indexed literature as needed.
- Assist in peer review quality control of abstracts.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the PV Associate/Literature role, you need:
- A degree in life sciences or a biomedical field (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science). No previous experience is required.
- Good at managing time and issues, delegating, organizing, and multitasking with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written (at least B2 level).
